Amant is seeking a Residency and Public Programs Coordinator to support its New York and Siena residency programs, as well as public events production. This role involves coordinating residency applications, artist support, studio visits, trips, and event production.

Key Responsibilities:

Brooklyn Residency: Administer residency programs, manage artist liaison, coordinate studio visits, and ensure compliance with contracts.
Siena Residency: Provide administrative support, oversee excursions, manage transportation logistics, and ensure residency support for artists.
Public Programs: Assist with event production, manage logistics, and coordinate with participants.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in arts administration or related field
3+ years of experience in arts programming or management
Fluency in English and Italian
Strong organizational and communication skills
Event production experience
Ability to drive in rural areas and work flexible hours

Location: Split between New York City and Chiusure, Italy (10-12 weeks per year)

Salary: $25/hour
