Program Director

Overview

Videotage seeks a dynamic individual to lead its media arts programs and operations. The selected candidate will hold the position for a one-year contract with potential for renewal.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute media arts programs from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with the board to align programs with organizational goals and gain approval for key decisions.
• Manage a team to deliver programs within budget and deadlines.
• Secure funding for operations and projects and ensure compliance with funding requirements.
• Promote the organization’s programs and manage public relations.
• Oversee budget, finance, and accounting with the support of service providers.
• Handle personnel management and office administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in arts, culture, or related fields.
• Proven experience in media arts.
• Minimum 5 years in arts administration or creative industry management.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Independent, proactive, and team-oriented.

Offer Details
