Editorial and Publishing Internship

Duration: Early December 2023 to Early March 2024

Responsibilities:

• Assist the editorial and photo editing teams, including handling reproduction requests, creating captions and photo credits, maintaining sample copy lists, and conducting research.
• Manage the newsletter.
• Occasionally contribute to social media and publishing marketing efforts.
• Perform general organizational and administrative tasks within the publishing department.

Requirements:

• Mandatory internship as part of your studies.
• Strong affinity for contemporary art.
• Excellent written and spoken proficiency in both German and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe programs, including Photoshop and InDesign.
• Structured and independent work style.
